PSJMC Nurses need a contract we can count on. It’s time for change.

We’ve had constructive conversation at the table but we are still far away on what matters most. We’re still waiting for management’s response on economics. Remember, we’ve delivered a common-sense proposal that:

• Keeps pace with rising costs of living
• Addresses staffing shortages at PSJMC
• Offsets cuts to our health plans

Our contract expired, but the current contract remains in effect until we reach a new agreement. We have four critical bargaining dates in January: January 12, 16, 21, and 26.

If you’re concerned about issues like excessive floating, skipped breaks, health plan changes, and more, this is your chance to stand together. Let’s make sure Providence hears us loud and clear!
