Kaiser Moreno Valley has a  new interim Human Resources Consultant, Ken Chiang. Management sent an email that staff perceived to be intimidating regarding call-offs. Our Union filed a grievance and will meet with management to address the issue. ED staff joined together and wrote a letter to management regarding issues in their department. Our Union will meet with management on these issues on Feb. 20. Our Union met with management the week of Feb. 13 to assist with approval of RN vacations hospital-wide as per our Union contract.
