As your Bargaining Team, we have started negotiating our new contract with management.  We submitted our non-economic priorities over three days of bargaining.

Our Union proposed (among other issues):

• Time limits on investigations and disciplines
• Language to improve force-flexing and call-off order
• Eliminating unpaid suspensions pending investigation
• Improvements to health and safety language

We also improved language governing the RN and management committee that determines patient acuity.
