Clinical Levels:

Criteria for RN Levels (complete document available at polls)

• Units currently at Level III: ER, OR, PACU, ICU, L & D, Cardiology and Radiology (Procedural Sedation). 
• Other units to be reviewed as census and acuity increases.
• Charge RN for a Level II unit/dept is a Level IV
• Charge RN for a Level III unit/dept is a Level V
• Wage Increases for each level is same percentage as UNAC scale. 

Stand-by Pay:

• Effective October 1, 2012, the stand-by / not worked rate will increase 50 cents per hour to $7.50 per hour.
• Effective April 1, 2013, the stand-by / not worked rate will increase $1 per hr to $8.50 per hour.
• Effective April 1, 2014, the stand-by / not worked rate will increase $1 per hour to $9.50 per hour.

Bargaining Team members will be available at the polling place to answer questions and provide explanations of the tentative agreements.
