Over the past several years, SEIU 121RN members have completed surveys that have helped direct the union’s legislative initiatives. Those surveys resulted in our impactful Whistleblower Protection bill (AB1102), Stop Repeat Offender Hospitals (SB 227) bill, Patients’ Right to Know (AB1422) bill, our Secure Hospitals for All bill (AB 2975), and our latest bill to strengthen Nurse to patient ratios, SB 596, which is on the Governor’s desk, awaiting his signature.

It’s time to add your voice again. Your answers to this survey will help inform our Union’s potential legislative priorities and public policy work for 2026 and beyond. Individual responses are not shared with anyone outside of the Union.
