Over the past two months, members of the Union's COPE Committee have been hard at work, dedicating time to interviewing candidates from Ventura, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire. They carefully evaluated the candidates' record on supporting labor, and asked them what they would do to stand with SEIU 121RN members when we take on powerful healthcare corporations at the bargaining table and on the picket line.
