You are invited to participate in a webinar on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare on April 11, 2024.  This webinar is jointly sponsored by the SEIU Health Care Division and H-CAP (Health Careers Advancement Project).

There has been a lot of new coverage recently about developments in artificial intelligence and specifically about the impact of AI on healthcare delivery.  In many settings, our members are already interacting with AI-driven platforms – from ambient recording EHR software to clinical decision support algorithms to scheduling platforms.  In SEIU, we are committed to ensuring that workers have a seat at the tables where decisions about AI will be made. This webinar is one step toward equipping ourselves to realize that commitment.

The webinar will run from 9:30 am - 2:00pm on April 11 and will feature panel discussions and smaller breakouts with outside experts with different perspectives on AI and the healthcare workforce.  It will close with a keynote address by James Landay, a Stanford computer scientist and Vice-Director of Stanford’s Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence.
