Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center nurses voted 88% in favor of the agreement, which includes:
- Dedicated meal & break relief role
- Language that ensures a balanced skill mix for patient assignments
- Training for any nurse who hasn't floated in a year
- New health & safety language with in-person workplace violence training
- Implementation of new metal detector wands at entrances
- New public emergency article
- Cumulative across-the-board wage increases of 19.1% over 3 years
- Two new steps added: after 12 years and 16 years of expreience, at 2.5% each
- New floating differential
