Your support does not go unnoticed by management. Will Kindred put pen to paper and show us through contractual agreement that Kindred cares about safe staffing and retaining senior Nurses—or their bottom line?

I don’t know if you heard, but Kindred Ontario just ratified their contract. They negotiated a contract that works for Senior Nurses, New Grads, and everyone in between. It wasn’t easy, Nurses worked together to push for needed facilities changes and a greater voice in Ontario. When Nurses say Enough is enough things change. What are you prepared to do for greater respect and staffing solutions at Kindred La Mirada? We bargain again Tuesday & Wednesday this week.
