We have petitioned management to address our concerns about leadership at the Ontario facility. With no answers from Kindred, this dysfunction—which includes a failure to bargain in good faith—is perfectly fine with them.

Our only recourse is to call a STRIKE vote!

Why are we calling a STRIKE vote!?

The Nurses of Kindred Hospital Ontario are fed up with the extensive cuts and makeshift solutions haphazardly implemented over the years, which have led to inadequate facilities that endanger both patients and Nurses.

We are calling a STRIKE vote because enough is enough Kindred Ontario Nurses are not safe and disrespected.
