On September 7, 2017, we successfully voted to form our Union with our sisters and brothers of SEIU Local 121RN! We are ready to fight to improve

• Job security, so that we are able to provide for our families and focus on caring for our patients.
• Respect, because we need to be able to work with management to implement policies that will ensure nurse and patient safety.
• Wages, because we deserve the same respect and recognition of experience as our fellow union nurses at Dignity hospitals.

Being part of a Union ensures that we have a say in decisions that affect our patients and our professions. Now we can vote for our Bargaining Team and negotiate our first contract at Dignity Infusion Centers.
