Great news: Assembly Bill 1102 has passed both the Assembly and Senate!! This couldn't have happened without your hard work throughout the legislative process these past eight months. However, our work is not yet done. We now need Governor Brown to do his part and sign the bill into law.
Now is the time to have all of our 121RN nurses call the Governor’s office and tell him to put patients over profit. He needs to hear from us why AB 1102 is needed to protect patient safety.

We are so close to the finish line. Let’s not lose this momentum and make sure Governor Brown signs the bill.
