Our Union Bargaining Team has met with management several times regarding a wage scale for Registered Nurses. The CNO resigned and we are waiting until the new CNO is hired and/or announced. Staffing issues persist and our Union encourages all RNs to fill out a Patient Safety Form (Assignment Despite Objection) every time you are forced to work out of ratio, even if it’s only for 10 or 15 minutes.
