Los Robles Registered Nurses picketed in front of the hospital on Monday, January 12 to show management that we are serious about a proper staffing levels at all times during our shifts, and a fair contract that makes patient and nurse safety a top priority, as well as gives RNs the resources and time necessary to carry out their duties in a manner that Los Robles patients and their families have come to expect.

“We don’t have coverage for breaks and lunches,” says Jeanette Munden, a Bargaining Team member and Float Pool RN. “We’re out here to protect our patients and the nurses.”
