Contract negotiations continued for Kindred South Bay and Tri-City campuses on Thursday, November 20.  We were able to reach tentative agreements (TA) on the following articles:

• Union Representatives
• Labor Management Committee
• Employee Status

We also reached an agreement to resume interim access at the South Bay Facility for our 121RN and UHW Union Representatives. Union Representatives will be allowed two hours each week to meet with members on site. Interim access will begin December 2.
