As 121RN Bargaining Teams for HCA’s Los Robles, Riverside Community and West Hills hospitals, we’re committed to representing the voices of all RNs at the bargaining table. We took our first step in getting ready to bargain when we met as a group on April 3 to discuss everyone’s priorities.
We reviewed bargaining survey results that you submitted and will be meeting again to begin formulating proposals based on your responses.
Want to join our Contract Action Team (CAT)?
CATs support bargaining by 1) distributing leaflets and 2) talking to co-workers about what’s happening in negotiations. Our team members will work closely with you to ensure you have the info needed to get the word out.
