This 121RN-sponsored class is an introduction to the Cal/OSHA recordkeeping forms and their uses. It will focus on the forms and logs that employers use to report workplace injuries as well as how health and safety committees use those records to analyze and develop safety guidelines. The class is part of SEIU 121RN's recent focus on protecting healthcare workers from violence in their workplaces.

Upon completion of this program, the participant will be able to:

• Research the OSHA logs and individual forms.
• Assist in the development of safety guidelines for patient and employee safety.
