Charge RNs Offered 'Bribe'

Thanks to the huge Union victory by RNs, MHWs and LPTs/LVNs, management is panicking and just offered Charge Nurses a bribe of across-the-board raises to prevent them from joining their co-workers in SEIU.

This is a typical tactic used by management when they’re trying to prevent employees from joining a Union. The only way to lock in this increase is by negotiating it into a Union contract. Management can take away any raises they offer on their own at any time, and it has happened over and over again. If this tactic works, Charge RNs will also remain AT-WILL employees and can be let go as quickly as the $2 per-hour bribe.
