HCA and RCH management recently received notice of the 121RN and UHW Unfair Labor Practice charges and responded with an "urgent" request to meet. We are meeting today, Feb. 9, 2012 at RCH with Labor Relations Director Geoff Miller, CEO Patrick Brilliant, COO Doug Long, and HCA Attorney Connie Shiffler.

Be on the lookout for another email from me later today or tomorrow that will contain management's response to employees' limited access, lack of consistent security, and poor communication from the hospital to employees.
