Our Union, SEIU 121RN, will return to the bargaining table with CHW in February of 2012. Our bargaining team needs to know what is important to you when negotiating the next contract. Please print and fill out the survey linked at the end of this article and return by mail or fax.
Please fill out the entire survey. Personal information will only be seen by the Bargaining Team members. Telling us who you are signals that you are willing to stand up and fight for your contract. Feel free to write additional comments and attach them.
A nomination form for Bargaining Team members is also included in the document attached below. If you want to be part of the negotiating team, return a nomination form so you will be included on the ballot. If you don’t want to serve as a Bargaining Team member but want to be involved, you can sign up to be a CAT member. CAT (Contract Action Team) members ensure that we are able to keep everyone informed as we move through the negotiating process. This involves distributing flyers and talking to your co-workers about what's going on in bargaining.
- We are asking for Bargaining Surveys to be returned no later than December 16, 2011.
- Bargaining Team member nominations MUST be returned by December 16, 2011.
