From RNs to CNAs, LVNs, respiratory therapists, and support staff, we all play a vital role in delivering quality care to our patients. It’s time our compensation, working conditions, and respect reflect that reality.

• Implement strong policies and real solutions for floating and break coverage.
• Equity and respect across all roles, ensuring that improvements uplift the entire care team—not just a select few.
