Raimond joined SEIU 121RN in 2023, after a ten-year career in mid-level management. In the corporate world, Raimond witnessed first-hand the exploitation and abuse working people are subjected to every day. It was this experience that led him to seek a more uplifting and empowering role, one he found as a Union Organizer.

Raimond was instrumental in two successful union organizing campaigns at Anaheim Regional Medical Center, where—thanks in part to his hard work and determination—more than 300 Nurses and Licensed Medical Professionals now have a voice at work and the collective power of union representation.

Raimond transitioned into a new role as a Union Representative in 2025. He is excited to work alongside union leaders and rank and file members to hold hospital managers accountable to our contracts and the law.
