At Kindred South Bay, both eager new graduates and experienced, tenured Nurses are walking away—seeking better opportunities where their voices matter and their work is valued. This growing vacuum is alarming. When skilled, compassionate professionals leave, patient care and safety suffer.

If Kindred truly values patient advocacy and compassionate care, management must come to the table with fair and equitable contract proposals—proposals that retain the best and brightest and stop the exodus of talent.

We believed you heard us when we showed up at the bargaining table, putting faces to our voices over Zoom. Our purple and gold stickers—”Stronger, United, Together”—symbolized our unity. Our petition made it clear: we are ready to do whatever it takes.

Yet, our voices still go unheard.
