We are demanding:

• Full Meals and Breaks — Nurses have a right to all of their breaks, free of management harassment.
• Safe Staffing — Staffing shortages endanger our licenses and patient lives.
• An End to Excessive Floating — Nurses floated into critical care and other units should be used as support, not replacement.
• Adequate Infrastructure — We demand working air conditioning, working computers, and working med dispensers.

If you believe in securing a strong, sensible contract, this is the time to engage. We love our work, and we are proud of the care we provide. But we also know our worth. It’s time management shows that it values us, not just with words, but with action.
