Greater El Monte Community Hospital Petition

We, the nurses of Greater El Monte Community Hospital stand united in support of our bargaining team as they fight for a contract that reflects our dedication, protects our well-being, and strengthens our workplace.

We are calling for:

• Safe Staffing and an End to Excessive Floating and cancellations — Staffing shortages endanger our licenses and patient lives.
• Fair and competitive wages — Wages that respects Nurses and puts us on par with other AHMC
• Adequate Infrastructure and equipment — Working internet that doesn't cut out,endangering Nurses and patients. Working air conditioning and upgraded computers and software.
• Education - Fighting for better education benefits for staff.
• Missed Meals and Breaks — Nurses have a right to full breaks free of management harassment.

If you believe in securing a strong, sensible contract, this is the time to engage. We love our work, and we are proud of the care we provide. But we also know our worth. It’s time management shows that it values us, not just with words, but with action.
