On their second day of contract negotiations with AHMC management, your Bargaining Team proposed three important articles:

• Adding language that improves security measures, PPE, infection control, environmental hazards and safe patient handling procedures that protect staff and patients.
• Including language that ensures union members work is protected and completed by union members, not non-union nurses.
• Inserting language that ensures nurses get their full and complete breaks.

To make sure management understands that MPH Nurses are 100% behind your Bargaining Team’s fight for safe staffing and fair compensation and benefits, we need as many Nurses as possible to show up to the next bargaining session on August 6, at SEIU 121RN’s Pasadena office at 1040 Lincoln Ave, Pasadena, CA 91103, at 11:30 AM.
