We need more of you tuning in. We need more of you showing up. We need more of you asking your coworkers what’s going on at the table. That’s how we win this.

This week your bargaining team went back to the table. We presented counter-proposals that put nurses first, including proposals that address weekend, evening, night, and on-call compensation. We also continued to fight for the break relief language that has been at the center of this campaign from day one.
