We’re back with Bargaining Update #2, and we want to keep you fully informed about what’s happening at the table.

During our latest negotiation session, the hospital delayed responding to several of our key proposals—proposals designed to ensure nurses have the tools we need to provide safe, timely patient care without unnecessary barriers.

Right now, essential equipment and vital machines are being locked away, as if trained, licensed professionals can’t be trusted to access the tools required for patient care.

These restrictions slow down treatment, disrupt workflow, and put patients at risk. Our proposals directly address this by demanding practical, safe-access standards so nurses can do their jobs without avoidable delays.

Our next bargaining date is March 18th.
