At the bargaining table we pushed for a transparent wage scale that respects your licensure, experience, and service. We’re fighting to move away from the confusing hiring grid and toward a system that’s clear, fair, and consistent.

Unfortunately, management continues to resist meaningful change. They’ve refused to discuss differentials, and their tactics are designed to create confusion—not solutions.

It’s time to change the narrative. Let’s be clear about roles, policies, and expectations. Let’s stop running afoul of labor laws.
