First of all we want to thank
everyone that showed up to
learn and listen in on our
bargaining session.

When we show up together
it helps move the needle.
This is what bargaining is about.
We need to come to a
compromise and agreement
that puts Nurses first. a contract
that does the following is the
bare minimum:

Recognizes Seniority:
Recognize and reward the
dedication and experience
of tenured senior nurses.

Equity: Ensure that
all nurses are treated
fairly and equitably
in all aspects of
employment. Equity
that encourages
good nurses new
and senior to stay.

Collaboration:
Promotes a
collaborative
approach to solving
the problems that
face our hospital, one
which respects the
input of the entire
hospital community

So what’s next—we saw the meager direction Kindred wants to take—its time to put pen to paper and sign our petition.
