• The Nurse’s Rights when Floating
• Competency Checklists
• How to Properly Object to and/or Refuse an Assignment
• Delegation and Supervision Issues
• When is the RN liable for the staff they supervise?
• Legal Case Examples of each issue

This training will include a two-hour presentation by Nurse Attorney Laurie Elston, JD, followed by 30 minutes of problem solving and discussion facilitated by Adriane Carrier, Director of Education for SEIU 121RN.
