We completed our nomination—and, where needed, election—process at each of our hospitals. Our Election Committee oversaw the process and, where there were contested seats, a neutral third-party election monitor conducted an election via mail-in ballot to assure secrecy and accuracy. Most of your hospitals did not require elections.
