On August 10, 2017, we successfully voted to join our colleagues at Kaiser Moreno Valley Community Hospital by forming our SEIU Local 121RN Union! The five of us E.R. Charge Nurses (Team Leads) have had enough of management disrespecting our attempts to improve our working conditions and wages. Now we have the voice and strength of a Union, just like everyone else at our hospital!
