On April 6, 2017, we successfully voted to form our Union with our sisters and brothers of SEIU Local 121RN! We are ready to fight to improve

• Staffing, because with insufficient staffing, we cannot provide our patients with the care they deserve.
• Equipment, because to treat our patients with dignity and respect, we must have the proper supplies and equipment at our hospital.
• Job security, so that we are able to provide for our families and focus on caring for our patients.

Being part of a Union ensures that we have a say in decisions that affect our patients and our professions. Now we can vote for our Bargaining Team and negotiate our first contract at Kindred Hospital – Riverside.
