We have been informed that RNs who have voluntarily floated out of their floating cluster to a specialty area have been asked by management to sign an agreement to not receive specialty pay, as required by our Union contract. Our Union has issued a notice to management to cease and desist from direct dealing with Union members and to pay our members for the hours worked outside of their clusters even if they did so voluntarily.
